Hi all,

Welcome to the new blog section of AllHonours.  I’ve been threatening to do this since early 2008 and finally got around to it!  Here I hope to build up a team of Junior Cert and Leaving Cert students who will blog their way through the exams, providing a uniquely creative and colourful analysis of the tough exam year!!  Have a flair for writing, and are looking for yet another reason not to be studying?!  Then continue reading…..

As this is a new service, it is open to all members.  Simply email me at info [at] allhonours.ie if interested with a sample blog post.  In the sample, introduce yourself and treat it as if it’s your first post on AllHonours.ie.  Be as tame or as controversial as you like!

I’m only looking for 10 Leaving Cert 1  more Leaving Cert or Junior Cert students (just signed up our 9th blogger! :]).  I hope to start this blog immediately so start writing now to ensure you are 1 of the lucky students selected to blog

As the blog has become extremely popular, I’ve decided not to limit the number of bloggers, so if you have a sample post send it on.  However as I now receive sample posts from aspiring bloggers on a weekly basis, only the best quality writers will receive an account.

Finally, after almost 2 years of the previous version of AllHonours, I’ve redesigned and relaunched the entire site.  Huge improvements have been made from simple design tweaks to the entire grinds section which now includes a payment processing feature and full grinds dashboard, enabling teachers to edit and “refresh” their grinds to the top of the list daily resulting in maximum exposure.  I have an ever growing list of feaatures I want to ad to AllHonours.  I’ll blog about the planned features soon.

For those of you that don’t remember the earlier versions of AllHonours I’ve attached some images of them below.  Unfortunately I can’t source an image of version 1 which I created from scratch myself straight out of college using J2EE.  Really disappointed I didn’t save some screenshots – the difference between the site back then in late 2005 and 4 years later is huge!
