   Ok lads and ladies, I'm repeating my leaving cert this year (2010) due to the fact that I didn't recieve enough points - Why me? - and I happen to think I'm screwed!
   Fair enough, instead of doing seven subjects this year I'm only doing six - English (H), Irish (O), Maths (O), History (H), French (H) and Music (H) - but it's still 'quar' difficult!!! To add insult to injury I'm doing it by myself, outside of school! HELP!
   Just a few questions:
   a) What is the documents-based question this year? (History (H))
   b) Has the Irish course changed for Paper 2? (Irish (O))
   c) Are "The Beatles" etc still on the Music course this year? (Music (H))
   d) Has anyone got notes/links for King Lear and poetry? (English (H))

   Hey, i know that the Beatles are still on for Music Higher level thsi year, Seargeant Peppers lonely hearts club band , when im 64 and she's leaving home. Seachanges By Raymond Deane is also on, also Symphonie Fantastique 2
   Hope this helps a small bit!

   May i ask how your going 2 manage to do a practical withouth a school?

   Cheers longfordman- whew! - that's a load off! Well, as an external candidate you apply to sit ur exams in an established teaching facility or school - that includes all practicals and oral/aurals ect...My bro plays guitar and I sing so six songs and I'll b grand, throw in the odd music grind and sure Bob's my uncle....hopefully!

   Oh that is the exam on the computer is it? I prob won't because I'm not really great at compostion or aural; I'm not bad at them but if I do Performance as a Higher Elective, its a guaranteed 45-50% in the bag u kno?
