well main qst is on carbs and you have to compare 3 differnt convience foods for the part (a) of it!
then carbs its classification,biological functions,chemical structure and then properties of starch! the last part was about how you could increase the micro nutrients of convience food it was something like that i couldnt do that part!
then cereals,irish diet, the fridge. child care act came up also!
then elective was on socio ecomonic and gender inequality hw it effects education nd they asked about HEWB and then there was either child care or wrok choice between them two thats the DEBS paper anyways
then for short qst - know about functions of surfactant (wrong spelling) and enzymes in detergents, jam making, pressure cooking, fat soluble vitamins, and housing schemes by local authority! i cant remember the rest of them though sorry :/
oh and also two differnt classifications of moulds and types.
